LaNeé Griffin is a veteran producer, content strategist and founder of Parker Paige Media. Her work includes Emmy-winning projects across major networks and platforms, and she's earned an NAACP Image Award. She's worked on both the buyer and creator side of the industry, spanning broadcast, cable, streaming, and digital.

Before entering television, LaNeé worked as a behavioral therapist and case manager, supporting children and families in applied settings. She minored in psychology in film school. This foundation continues to shape how she approaches storytelling—not as content to consume, but as environments people live inside. She designs for neurodivergent thinking, attention variability, and real human complexity.

Her work extends beyond entertainment into schools, nonprofits, and community organizations, applying a human-impact lens to education, culture, and systems.
